James Schlabach

James Schlabach graduated from the University of Chicago in 2011 with a BA in Philosophy. He served for ten years as an infantry officer in the Marine Corps deploying to Southeast Asia and the Middle East with infantry, light armored reconnaissance, and antiterrorism units. After separating from active duty in 2021, he completed pre-medical post-baccalaureate coursework at Bryn Mawr College. He is currently a medical student at the University of Michigan Medical School, where he is expected to graduate in 2026.
